Activision Silent on Xbox One Resolution Worries

Activision have stayed silent and dodged questions about worries of the resolution that the Xbox One can output.

It was revealed previously that the PlayStation 4 version of Call of Duty: Ghosts outputs at a solid 1080p whilst the Xbox One version only manages 720p. This has made many believe that the PlayStation 4 is the superior console as we enter next-gen.

Activision Publishing boss Eric Hirshberg was asked the question about the resolution concerns last night at a Q&A session in which he responded:

That’s really a better question for the first parties since they’ve taken different approaches to the design of the hardware and have different allocations for processing power that are available to developers,
