It seems that Ubisoft are ready to dismiss Nintendo’s Wii U, when it comes to releasing future Assassin’s Creed titles.
Assassin’s Creed Unity and Assassin’s Creed Rogue have both been announced, however neither will be coming to the Nintendo platform. Speaking to Game Informer, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot stated:
It’s very simple, What we see is that Nintendo customers don’t buy Assassin’s Creed. Last year, we sold in very small numbers.
