Birds of Steel Prepares For Take Off, New Screenshots Released

by

With the take off scheduled for March this year, Konami has today released a batch of brand new screenshots for their flight combat game, Birds of Steel.

Developed by Gaijin Entertainment, the game will feature key air battles from World War II, including perfect recreations of the Battle of Midway, Guadalcanal, Coral Sea, Siege of Malta, Battle of the Ruhr and Pearl Harbour. Birds of Steel will allow you, the user, to determine how much control you have over the 100 planes whilst playing the single player and multiplayer campaigns.

The screenshots released today showcase the 20 historical missions featured in the game, and also show off planes such as the Spitfires, Messerschmidt 109s and P-51D Mustangs in battle.

Birds of Steel is set to be released in March for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
