The wait is over, folks. Activision has finally released the official reveal trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops II.
Just as we reported yesterday, the game will be set in the future, 2025 to be exact. Surprisingly, Black Ops II will also see a much older Frank Woods make a return, a character that was presumed dead during the events of the original.
The trailer features a mix of gameplay and cutscenes, showing off quite a bit of the technology you’ll come across and maybe use when you eventually play the game. Jets, robots, walking tanks, quadrotor attack drones and wrist-mounted computers, it’s all there for you to see. One particular part of the trailer even shows off a chase featuring horses through the desert. This might point towards Black Ops II including a few flashback sections to keep the gameplay fresh. Oh and there’s also the odd explosion too, as America is once again under attack.
We’re sure to find out more information in lead up to the Black Ops II’s release on November 13th. For now, check out the trailer below and be sure to let us know what you think.
