
So EA have finally announced what we kind of knew already, the 2014 FIFA World Cup game is now OFFICIAL! Yay!
Titled FIFA World Cup 2014 Brazil, it is coming to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on April 15th in North America and April 17th in Europe. That’s right, no PS4 or Xbox One versions for you rich gamers out there. The reason? Here is what EA said via Twitter:

Well, at there’ll be some World Cup themed content coming to the next-gen version of FIFA 14. Also, FIFA World Cup 2014 Brazil will be a boxed release, so if you’ve traded in your PS3 or Xbox 360 copy of FIFA 14 you can simply just pick this up.
