Destiny 2 – Xur Inventory and Location Week 7

by

 Same loot, more frames

XUR has now introduced himself to the unwitting PC crowd, further increasing the reach of his perpetual disappointment to guardians across the world! This week you’ll find him on Io, and he’s carrying the D.A.R.C.I (Sniper Rifle),  Knucklehead Radar (Hunter Helm), Actium War Rig (Titan Chest),  Eye of Another World (Warlock Helm).

Let’s talk D.A.R.C.I. – It’s gone under the radar slightly during it’s brief time on console but now PC is here, I’m predicting it may get a little more traction. Either way, it’s not the most practical sniper in the game but it may be one of the most interesting – aim at a target and you’ll get some interesting information in your scope such as health and distance etc. When this weapon information becomes available you’ll then get better target acquisition and deal more precision damage. Whilst it’s not the main pick this week I’d suggest everyone give it a whirl. Also worth a mention is the Hunter helm, Knucklehead Radar – not it’s first appearance in Xur’s bag of goodies, but you’ll get full radar with all your guns; win.

LOOT OF THE WEEK – Actium War Rig

Last week you got The Sweet Business Auto Rifle, this week you get it’s partner in crime. This chest piece ‘steadily reloads a portion of your equipped auto rifle’s magazine from your reserves’ meaning when you combine the two, you’ll be shooting for days, and it’s fun as hell. If you’re a Titan and can only afford one thing on your first week (PC Players) then here you go, you can thank me later.
