It has been confirmed this afternoon that Dinamo Zagreb will be licensed this year in PES 2017.
The Croatian team confirmed their news on their twitter account, also confirming that they will be the only Croatian club to be licensed in PES 2017.

You can easily change the control button in FIFA so that it can be like PES but PES has better gameplay.
