Ubisoft have announced that Far Cry 3 will get a mutiplayer beta on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this Summer.
The multiplayer beta will run for two weeks and will offer 16-player matches, six classes, and multiple maps and modes. Full details on how you can be part of it has not yet announced however US gamers can be a part by purchasing Ghost Recon: Future Soldier from GameStop once it is released on May 22nd.
Players can also register via the game’s Facebook to try and get one of the 500 keys that will be on offer. Other ways to get involved will be announced soon.

Far Cry 3 is scheduled to be released on September 4th in North America and September 7th in Europe.
