According to UKIE, the association for UK Interactive Entertainment, FIFA 11 is the longest charting title currently in the UK top ten.
Now sitting at 8th, FIFA 11 has kept it’s place in the top ten for an impressive 25 weeks.
It’s decline has only begun recently though. Not once leaving the chart since launch, FIFA 11 has clocked a mammoth 17 weeks in the top 3. Of those 17 weeks, 4 were spent sitting at the top of the pile. 2 weeks following launch, and for another 2 following the Christmas rush. Considering that since November it has frequently been second only to the giant that is Black Ops, that’s not bad going.
The other interesting stat to come from the chart is the platform data, with the 360 taking 49% of the share, compared to the PS3’s 29%, followed by the DS and PSP with 7% each.
Also, perhaps unsurprisingly, FIFA 11 hasn’t budged from the xbox live activity list, placing 4th in the last update back in February.
