So the official FIFA Facebook page and their World Cup simulation (using the 2010 FIFA World Cup game of course) has been completed. The winner was… Spain!
Spain’s path to FIFA World Cup glory included a quarter-final 5-4 penalty shootout victory over Italy after an absorbing 1-1 draw, and a 2-1 win over Argentina in the semi-final. In the World Cup final Spain faced off against Brazil and after 90 minutes… Spain reached sporting immortality as the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ Champions with a 3-1 victory.
