Generally speaking, we here at FSB aren’t really fans of skill moves. Especially when they’re chained together to form a clip for a goal compilation.
However, this week in The Back Page, Darren Cross takes a look at some skill moves that are, shock horror, practical and more importantly, for clumsy thumbed nits like myself, easy to do.
The stop and turn, heel flick, heel chop, scoop turn and fake shot/pass are all pretty straightforward to pull off, and can actually be used to gain an advantage in game, so why aren’t they more widely used?
