The FIFA 11 Ultimate Team Web Application will be receiving some rather welcome updates possibly as early as tomorrow morning.
The details were divulged on the Office FIFA 11 Forums by community manager Phil Wride and the updates to the FUT Web App are as follows:
- Dynamic messaging board – you will now be able to get the latest FUT news on the home page of the FUT Web App.
- Coin totals on all pages – you can see how many coins you have in every screen of the Web App.
- A new coin icon – to distinguish the coin total for the bid token total, we have added a coin icon beside every reference to coins.
- Apply items to squad – just as you can on the console, you can now apply items to your squad from within the Web App.
- Search Results screen improvement – you can now click on Search Auctions from within the Search Results screen and you will be taken back to the Search Options screen.
Nothing too ground breaking but its nice to see EA supporting the FUT Web App so soon after its very recent launch. Personally I’m a big fan of the Web App and hopefully more updates will follow soon.
