Epic Games have announced that whilst Gears of War: Exile was in development, the game has now been cancelled.
The game was rumoured to exist for a while, and Epic’s Cliff Bleszinski had confirmed its existence but also stated that it had been cancelled. He said the following to Gamespot:
“Let’s just bury the hatchet now, Gears of War: Exile was an unannounced game that I can’t give any details about that has since been cancelled.”
