Almost three years after its release on the PC, GTA IV has received a stunning makeover courtesy of modder iCE La GlacE.
The mod, which is titled iCEnhancer 1.2, includes high resolution textures, new visual effects, new car models and a much improved, more realistic camera. As if that wasn’t enough, at some point, the mod will also feature a zombie mode, enchanced AI (allowing NPCs to perform crimes) and the ability to carry dead bodies.
It’s a stunning mod, it really is. At times, the game looks photo realistic. No words can do it justice, you need to see it to believe it. That’s why we highly recommend watching the demonstration video below.

You can download version 1.2 of the mod over at gta4-mods.com right now, but the talented iCE La GlacE is currently busy working on version 1.2.5. Check the video below to see how he is getting on.
