Konami have revealed that they will be releasing a HUGE announcement regarding PES 2014 later today.
The news was posted on the official PES twitter account which stated:

UPDATE:
Unfortunately, the update will now no longer be coming today but later this week. Again, this has been confirmed by the official PES twitter accont:
Due to unforeseen circumstances the announcement on #PES2014 will be made later this week. Apologies for the inconvenience.
