Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light details emerge

by

Details have emerged of the next instalment from Lara Croft and the Tomb Raider series and as many gamers will know, the series has needed a change for a while now and it seems thats exactly what developer, Crystal Dynamics are doing with the series. A press release was announced with some little details about the next Lara Croft title. Here is what it said –

“The keyword here is co-op; the upcoming title will feature a multiplayer option and sport a fixed camera perspective. You’ll remember a vacancy advertised last year for lead designer with an expertise in multiplayer maps.”

Lara Croft and the Guardian of light is a downloadable only title and it also includes co-op and also for the first time, a fixed camera will be used which is a change from Tomb Raider’s usually ‘free’ camera that we have been used to for many years. Also included in the press release are a concept art picture and some screenshots which are below –

At present, no release date has been set for the game but once it has and any other info has been shown, we will keep you posted.

Thanks to ps3 attitude for the article.

I'm a huge fan of the PES, MGS and Uncharted series', and anything else in between. If you love a good gaming discussion or want to talk about anything else, then feel free to get in touch.
