Sony have laughed off rumors regarding the cancellation of The Last Guardian, insisting the title is still in development.
When asked on twitter regarding The Last Guardian, SCEA CEO Scott Rohde stated:
@notaxation @yosp and I laughed at this rumor over dinner. The Last Guardian has NOT been cancelled.

Journalist Geoff Keighley also added:
