This is news that alot of people have wondered if it would happen, and it now seems that Sony have confirmed The Last of Us will be re-released on the PlayStation 4.
That is according to PlayStation’s Eurasian Software Marketing Manager Sercan Sulan who has stated that the port will be available for the PlayStation 4 this Summer.
When asked about a sequel, Sulan stated, as translated by IGN:
There is no information about a new The Last of Us game but I can share this knowledge: as of this summer, The Last of Us will be on the PS4. Both on PSN and physically, The PS4 version will also include the DLC so you will be able to play ‘Left Behind’ as well.
