Square Enix has today released the seventh gameplay series video showcasing the soon-to-be-released RPG, Final Fantasy XIII-2.
The video showcases the time travel ability, a vital element of Final Fantasy XIII-2 universe. By activating mysterious gates with hidden artefacts, protagonists Serah and Noel can be transported to new locations to continue their epic adventure. Visited locations do change over time though, so it’s always best to re-visit them later on to investigate how they‘ve changed over the years.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 is set to be released in North America on January 31st 2012 and in Europe on February 3rd 2012. The game will be available on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
