Mass Effect 3 Demo Release Date Announced

by

Valentine’s Day just got interesting, as EA and BioWare have announced that a Mass Effect 3 demo will be available to download on February 14th.

The demo will be available on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, featuring a taster of both single player and co-op multiplayer action. Although, it seems like not everyone will have access to the multiplayer portion of the demo on February 14th. A tweet from BioWare’s UK Community Manager, Tully Ackland, stated the following:

Ackland also stated that the Xbox 360 version of the demo will feature Kinect support, which means you will be able to order your comrades around the galactic battlefield.

Well, there you have it, cancel all your Valentine’s Day plans and get ready for an intense date with Commander Shepard in the Mass Effect 3 demo. It will probably be better than an actual date anyway!

Check out the “Better with Kinect” trailer below, and let us know how much you’re looking forward to the demo!

Mass Effect 3 is set to be released for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC in North America on March 6th 2012 and in Europe on March 9th 2012.
