Good news, Mass Effect fans. EA and BioWare have announced that the Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut DLC will be launch on June 26th.
Unless you’ve been under a rock, The Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut is a downloadable content pack that will expand upon the somewhat unsatistactory (for most fans anyway) events at the end of Mass Effect 3. Through additional cinematic sequences and epilogue scenes, the DLC will provide you with a deeper insight to Commander Shepard’s journey based on choices you made during the war against the Reapers.
The Extended Cut will be available to download for free starting on June 26th for the PC and Xbox 360 customers. The Playstation 3 version will be available to downlaod in North America on June 26th. There is no release date for the Playstation 3 version in Europe, Asia, or Australia yet. EA and BioWare hope to announce a release date soon.
