Rockstar Games has today released the first video from a series showcasing the design and technology behind Max Payne 3.
The video series will offer fans a detailed look at the targeting mechanics, movement, animation, enemy intelligence and other technical design innovations going into the development, of what Rockstar are calling, “an advanced, intense and immersive action-shooter”.
Even though Max Payne 3 is moving away from the film noir style of its predecessors, this latest addition to the series looks mighty impressive. It’s nice to see Rockstar are lavishing it with the same care and attention as some of their other titles.

Max Payne 3 is set to be released sometime in March 2012 on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
