Those hoping for a quick successive release of both Metal Gear Solid V titles may be left to be quite disappointed.
It has been reported that the 2nd installment of Metal Gear Solid V, The Phantom Pain could leave us all waiting until December 2015. That is according to Senior Research Analyst David Gibson who stated on twitter:
Konami admitting Ground Zeroes is a bit short, MGS5 could be released in FY3/2015 or FY3/2016 depending on the development stage

It does point that though, in a somewhat positive turn that the earliest we could see it is October this year, which were sure most would welcome.
