MGS Peace Walker Collaborates with Monster Hunter

by

We posted earlier in the week how the main man from the Metal Gear Solid series, Hideo Kojima, had a big announcement in store for today. Well that announcement turns out to be the collaboration of Metal Gear Soild: Peace Walker with Capcoms Monster Hunter.

Yep, gamers will now get the chance to come up against the popular monsters from the series with Snake and their will also be an appearance from the Monster Hunter Series icon, Felyne. Not sure if this is gonna get a lot of people excited and it may be a bit of an anti-climax to some who were eagerly waiting for todays big announcement, but still, its a strange but exciting aspect to look forward to in Peace Walker, especially for fans of both gaming series. Also, its not like this hasn’t happened before, we’ve seen in the past where Metal Gear Solid games joined up with other popular franchises, such as Assassins Creed, Ape Escape and Super Smash Bros Brawl.

MGS: Peace Walker is due for release on June 16th and is definitely a game worth blowing the dust of the PSP for, i will for sure.

Thanks to VG247 for the original article and discuss in our Forums here.

I'm a huge fan of the PES, MGS and Uncharted series', and anything else in between. If you love a good gaming discussion or want to talk about anything else, then feel free to get in touch.
