Ubisoft have released a new trailer for the next instalment of DLC for the fantastic, Assassins Creed 2. The DLC which is titled – ‘Bonfire of Vanities’. The story revolves around a luddite priest called Girolamo Savonarola who preached that the Renaissance were having a bad effect on the way the world was and that people should return to their old ways. Below is Ubisoft’s description of what the story in the new DLC is all about –
“Bonfire of the Vanities” tells the tale of Girolamo Savonarola, a luddite priest who preached that the Renaissance was actually having a negative impact on the world and that people should return to the old ways, eschewing the moral corruption of Renaissance thought. Ezio must wrestle control of Florence from Savonarola, who has captured control of the city in de’ Medici’s absence and regain possession of the treasured Apple of Eden’.
Sounds like another cracking piece of DLC for fans to get their teeth stuck into then and the content is available on the Playstation store tomorrow (Thursday 18th February) according to Ubisoft. Look out for the DLC on the Playstation Store tomorrow at some point.
