Nintendo have announced that they are preparing a new firmware update for the Nintendo 3DS.
The update was announced during the Japanese Nintendo Direct broadcast and the firmware update will see folder functionality added for those who have a lot of items cluttering up their home screen. User’s will be be able to store up to 60 items each in a folder which can be created and named to your desire.
The firmware will also bring support for software updates and patches to fix certain bugs which include the bug in Mario Kart 7 to fix the shortcut exploits.
