2K Sports have revealed new details for the MyCareer Mode in WWE 2K15.
MyCareer in WWE 2K15 is the first comprehensive career mode in WWE video game history and takes players through the life of a prospective WWE Superstar, allowing them to experience the journey of being a rookie and working toward the ultimate goal of winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
MyCareer will begin with players creating their own superstar in the Creation Suite and taking their SuperStar to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. They will be trained by former WWE Superstar and Performance head coach Bill Demott, to complete a series of objectives. Once achieved, players will then make their move and compete at NXT, which is the WWE’s development system. They will encounter new and future superstars, including Rusev, Bo Dallas, Adrian Neville, Sami Zayn and Corey Graves, all of whom will also be available as playable characters.
If they have what it takes to be a success at NXT, they will then make their way to the main roster, with General Manager Vickie Guerrero setting up matches, giving out ultimatums for bonus rewards. Players will develop alliances and the most heated rivalries, all aiming to get to the top spot on RAW, SmackDown and PPV events. You will compete for titles such as the United States Championship and Intercontinental Championships. Can you do all that? Yes? Well it will then be time to really test yourself as you challenge for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at PPV events such as SummerSlam and WrestleMania. As you make decisions throughout your career, these will effect your personality traits. Upgrades to your superstars will be available as you progress through MyCareer. It is the most depth Career Mode to hit a WWE title yet, giving multiple branching storylines, surprises, twists and turns that offer significant replay value to explore different career paths.
