Next Call of Duty To Be Unveiled On May 1st

by

The next Call of Duty game is going to be unveiled on May 1st during the US basketball playoffs on TNT, according to a teaser image currently placed at callofduty.com.

Whilst it has yet to be confirmed, the game is expected to be Black Ops 2, as it’s Treyarch’s turn to step up to the Call of Duty stage this year. The teaser image hints at this, with plenty of “classified” screens placed around it, a theme that was ever present throughout the first Black Ops.

That said, in an interesting turn of events, leaked merchandise suggests the word “Eclipse” will play a part in the release of the title and it will launch on November 13th, a day when a total solar eclipse is scheduled to take place.
