Atlus and Zen United have announced that Persona 4 Arena will be making its way to Europe for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this year.
Persona 4 Arena comes as a bold new direction in the series and plays on the unique talents of both Atlus and Zen Unnited. The game will deliver an exciting Persona experience for both newcomers and fans of the series. The game brings stunning storytelling and hand-drawn, high-definition 2D artwork.
The game puts players back into the sinister Midnight Channel where students encounter deadly battles on a mysterious new programmed ‘P-1 Grand Prix’. Popular characters from Persona 3 and 4 will collide against stunning visual effects whilst exploring the events that follow Persona 4. Director at Zen United, Geraint Evans stated:
“ATLUS’s Persona series is one of gaming’s best-loved treasures. While Arc System Works’ artistry in the fighting world is second to none. A collaboration between these two, greatly-revered developers is a mouth-watering prospect for both RPG and fighting fans alike”.
The game will get its first showing tomorrow at the Gamespot Stage at the MCM Expo in London. Let us know your thoughts on this announcement via the comment section below.
