PES 2013 Impressions Round – Up

by

A day of triumph?

With today not only seeing the release of a well received Player ID video ahead of tomorrows demo, but also the embargo being lifted on preview code discussion, we thought it best to link up all the opinion that is now out there in one place. We will look to update this throughout today/tonight so keep checking back to see what else surfaces.

First off, our good selves here at WENB have content covering teams & stadiums, training mode and of course gameplay impressions, for your consideration.

*Update* Sister site NGB have added their preview code impressions, compliments of bat – freak Asim Tanvir, which can be read here.

The editorial team over at PESFan have been hard at work and have posts covering game modes, a review of the latest video, as well as gameplay impressions.

Sister site NGB has popped up their impressions.

German site ProRevo have just recieved code, and have popped up a quick post with some delightful images here.

Pretty much as soon as the deadline for impressions was lifted, TheSixthAxis served up their take on the game, with the author of the piece stating “PES 2013 is the best football game i’ve ever played.”. Strong words indeed!

Official Playstation Magazine took a different approach to matters, with their piece offering up six things PES 2013 does better than FIFA 13. Elsewhere, God Is A Geek speak of how gameplay is king with this years version.

Taking a trip over to mainland Europe, French sites Gameblog, Gamekult and Play3-Live offer their take on this up and coming season’s release.

*Update* Another French gaming site, jeuxvideo24, have posted up their thoughts. Simply click here to check them out.

Spain is a very strong market for the franchise and a hat-trick of playtest impressions can be found at Meristation, 3Djuegos, and Vandal.

Dutch site InsiderGamer join the list of positive write-ups.

Quite a flood of impressions coming in from across Europe and mostly (very) positive at that. Long may this continue and hopefully such praise is shared by the community come tomorrow, when the demo finally arrives.
