Our good friend at WENB, Nico DiMaria has compiled a rather interesting spreadsheet on player faces in PES 2016.
He is putting together a PES pre-set bible of player faces. Currently in the beta stage, he has so far covered the faces in the EPL and Serie A.
Once each face has been updated, Nico is planning on updating the spreadsheet over the coming weeks and months in order to give you guys the best information possible on player faces in PES 2016.

wish there was a way to get all the faces from PES 2015 and removed ones from 2016 back like player import on next gen consoles but thats asking for to much isnt it
