Unlucky little accidents
The October 2018 line-up of PlayStation Plus games has been announced and at least one of them is going to scare you silly.
PS4
Friday the 13th: The Game may have too many “the’s” in its title but it’s certain to be a hit in this months PlayStation Plus line-up. You can download the game from October 2nd. Who’s up for a 31st fright fest?
Laser League is the second PS4 game, available to download from the 2nd. Laser League is a quick-paced competitive multiplayer game with mad Tron vibes. I’m personally looking forward to finally giving this a go.
Knowledge is Power is available to download next month, again. It’s a damn good quiz game, though, so if you’ve not already downloaded (why?) then do it now*
PS3
If you’re still rocking the last gen of PlayStation consoles you’ll be able to download both Master Reboot and The Bridge. The Bridge is a stylish 2D puzzle platformer that looks aesthetically similar to The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom whereas Master Reboot is a first-person sci-fi adventure horror game.
PS Vita
Hopefully, the PS Vita owner reads this site because they’ll be getting their hands on Rocketbirds 2: Evolution and 2064: Read Only Memories. Rocketbirds 2 is a side-scrolling shoot ’em up filled with Expendable-like poultry. 2064: Read Only Memories, on the other hand, is an adventure story game steeped in Cyberpunk lore.
The Bridge and both PS Vita games are also playable on PS4 which means modern-console owners will be getting all the treats next month.
*from October 2nd.
