Snake? Snake?! SNAAAAAKEEE!!!
The free games line-up for October’s PlayStation Plus has been announced and it includes Metal Gear Solid V!
That’s right, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be available to download for free next month for PlayStation Plus members. Metal Gear Solid V was Hideo Kojima’s fond farewell to the Metal Gear franchise and received exceptional praise when it released two years ago. If you’ve yet to play MGS V you literally have no excuse now, unless you don’t have PS+, in which case, grab yourself a sub!
Also joining Metal Gear on PS4 is Amnesia: Collection which includes both The Dark Descent and A Machine for Pigs. Both games are incredibly terrifying so you may want to counteract them with That’s You, a jolly old game that keeps on appearing in the bonus games list for PS+. RIGS: Mechanised Combat League, a PSVR-only title, is also available to download again this month.
PlayStation 3 owners will be able to download both Hustle Kings and Monster Jam Battlegrounds with PS Vita players being treated to Hue and Sky Force Anniversary, both of which are playable on PlayStation 4 via cross-buy.
