Sony have announced that Puppeteer will be released for the PlayStation 3 on September 10th.
The upcoming Platform title was only thought to be released via the PlayStation Network but Sony have confirmed to Joystiq at GCD that it will also be released via retail on the same day.
The story of Puppeteer all takes place in a magical puppet theatre, owned and run by the slightly eccentric but thoroughly charming Professor Gregorious T. Oswald. His latest production is the weirdly titled “The Perilous Journey of a Boy Named Kutaro”. Moore also revealed that the main game will also be played across one stage but due to the interaction and the stages elements changing all the time, the experience will change and surprise you in every scene
