Thanks to a viral website, the awesome place we know as the Internet is currently ablaze with speculation that Capcom are set to announce Resident Evil 6 tomorrow. Yes, you read that correctly, tomorrow!
The website in question, NoHopeLeft.com features a number of post-apocalyptic themed images and short video clips plastered with the biohazard logo, suggesting that an event of some sorts is going to happen at 2pm PST on January 19th 2012.
One of the images points to a billboard ad near Vauxhall Station in London, and thanks to some excellent detective work from the folks over at thesixthaxis, it has been revealed that Capcom are behind it.
Before we leave you with the enticing thought of a Resident Evil 6 reveal tomorrow, one other post on the viral website caught our attention, and might reveal one or two possible locations for the game. The image below points out locations in Europe and North Africa, with the dots joined together to form a star. Is this a sneaky reference to the S.T.A.R.S teams seen in previous entries of the popular series? Hmm. Interesting, very interesting!
