Capcom today released a new trailer for their third-person shooter horror title, Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City.
The game which is set in September of 1998 during the t-virus outbreak that occured in Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3. The virus that hits Raccoon City has turned all the residents into zombies due to the biological weapon that caused the t-virus. Players will take the role of an officer of the Umbrella Security Service (USS) and they are tasked with destroying evidence of Umbrella’s illegal activities, including killing survivors of the outbreak. Also the U.S. Government sends in their own team of elite soldiers (Special Operations team) to investigate and expose the actions of the USS.

Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City is released on 20 March 2012 in North America. No European release date has been announced as of yet.
