FIFA 11 has been out for a month or so now, and I’m sure you’ve been banging in the goals – well, now you can get something back for your virtual efforts. FIFA Soccer Blog have teamed up with Nike (through our advertising partner, TradeDoubler – thanks to the lovely Verity Beard) for our very first Goal of the Month competition.
We have 3 fantastic prizes from Nike to give away for the best goals submitted and voted for by you;
First Prize:
A voucher for the NIKEiD store (worth up to £250!) to create your own NIKEiD boots – personalise and customise your own Nike boots. Choose from a wide range of boots, including the new Nike Mercurial Vapor VI, and customise it to your heart’s content – colours, logos, numbers – the choice is yours. If you wanted, you could build some FSB boots like this
Second Prize:
A pair of Nike Mercurial Vapor Superfly II FG boots (lime green, size 8 only I’m afraid) AND a Man United away shirt (white, medium).
3rd Prize: An Inter Milan home shirt (blue/black, large).
All you have to do is post your goal on the forums (you’ll need to be registered to do so) using the handy shortcode – you have until Monday the 13th of December to do so, after which, Kitana Staff will pick the best 5, and then ask you to vote on your favourite – the winner will be announced on the 20th December, and should get their prize by Christmas!
If you can’t wait until then for some sweet new boots, don’t forget you can always buy them direct from the NIKEiD store (along with all kinds of other stuff) – this weekend (20th + 21st November 2010) there’s a 20% off clearance sale, AND you get free shipping with the code JUSTDOIT.
Or you can always ask Santa for a new pair of boots!
