Alien fans, you’ll be happy to know that SEGA has today unveiled the box art for the highly anticipated Aliens: Colonial Marines.
Developed Gearbox Software, Aliens: Colonial Marines will see you step into the virtual shoes of a United States Colonial Marine the U.S.S. Sulaco, an abandoned ship recovered in orbit around LV-426. Don’t worry, you won’t be taking on those pesky Xenomorphs alone, as you’ll lead a group of highly trained Marines onto the deserted ship so you can uncover the fate of the crew.
Another piece of information for fans, you’ll be happy to know that the game will feature authentic environments, such as the surface of LV-426 and Hadley’s Hope, as well as weapons inspired by the Alien movies. A nice touch, we’re sure you’ll agree.
Aliens: Colonial Marines is scheduled for release in the Autumn of 2012 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
