Let’s face it, everyone loves Sonic. He’s had a bit of a face lift over the years, but he is still one of the most widely recognised video game heroes in the world. It’s our pleasure to announce that we’ve just received a generous batch of brand new Sonic Generations 3DS screenshots courtesy of SEGA.
As you can see below, there’s quite a lot to sink you’re teeth into. Sonic Generations on the 3DS will boast platform exclusive content, that will be absent from it’s PS3 and Xbox 360 counterparts. Among this content is a 3D friendly ‘Special Stage’, as well as unlockable bonus material which can obtained by utilising the ‘StreetPass’ feature offered by the 3DS.
Being huge Sonic fans, we personally can’t wait for this release. With more and more 3DS games being released, it is becoming an extremely desirable device, but how will it shape up to Sony’s PlayStation Vita? We will be sure to post a very deep comparison on both of the handheld giants.
