
Sony has today announced that the PlayStation Vita will be available in Japan from December 17th.
The console will arrive with 26 games, but many more are currently in the works. Sony has stated they will have 100 titles on store shelves within the console’s launch window.

Prices for the console are said to be 29,980 YEN for the 3G version and 24,980 YEN for the WiFi version.
Japanese pre-orders will be available from October 15.
