Sony have given some advice for those affected by the Blinking Blue Light issue with their PlayStation 4.
The PlayStation 4 was released in North America last Friday and there have been reports that their console doesn’t work due to a Blinking Blue Light issue.
However, Sony have issued a troubleshooting advice where they have listed 4 possible causes which are the following:
- TV compatibility
- Issues with PS4 power supply
- Issues with PS4 hard drive
- Issues with other PS4 hardware
Sony have suggested updating the firmware on your TV, turning the console off and checking the power and HDMI for damage. They have also said to check the hard drive to make sure it’s properly inserted in the HDD slot.
