It seems that every single time we post up an article with the latest figures of the hardware sales in Japan, the PSP is top of the pile and nothing has changed this time around either as last weeks Japanese hardware figures are out and the PSP is top of the pile with 25,054 sold. It’s also been a good week for the PS3 in Japan with the console hitting the 2nd spot with sales figures of 20,987.
One big downside for Sony though is the sales figures for the most recent PSP model, the PSPgo with just 1,232 sold in one week. Very disappointing indeed but not a huge shock considering the PSPgo has struggled to make an impression in most regions.
