The demo is out on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, so some of you might have had a taster already… A teaser of what’s to come from EA SPORTS UFC.
Set to feature around 100 fighters, including the late Bruce Lee (Oh yes, that’s right, BRUCE LEE), EA SPORTS UFC is the gaming giants second foray into the MMA arena. This time, it’s lovely and licensed though. Yay!
Oh and speaking of lovely, the game is a bit of a looker. With the focus on two fighters and the octagon, you would kind of expect it to, but still its beauty needs to be seen. To keep things in the realism spectrum, EA SPORTS UFC features full body deformation, so expect eerily real looking cuts and bruises.
Artificial intelligence is another key area of EA SPORTS UFC, allowing you to switch your strategy mid-match and keep your opponent guessing. Modes wise, The Ultimate Fighter is the main event, tasking you with moving through the ranks, gaining popularity, sign sponsorship deals and everything else that you can possibly think of. Well, within the realms of the UFC universe anyway. There will be online functionality too, with the inclusion of Championship fights being the star of the show.
It’s all about feeling the fight with EA SPORTS UFC. The action, emotion and intensity inside the octagon, that’s what EA SPORTS want to bring to the table with this release on 20th June to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Don’t forget, it has Bruce Lee. BRUCE LEE!
