2k have released a new trailer for The Darkness II, the upcoming sequel to their 2007 first person shooter.
The trailer details the origins of the main character Jackie Estacado’s story, whose body is taken over by the evil that is ‘the darkness’. Take a look at the very cool trailer below and tell us if you’re all as eager to play the game as we are.

The Darkness II will be released for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on February 7th 2012 in North America and on February 10th in Europe.
