It seems that the Italian Xbox Page has leaked details on an upcoming open beta for The Division.
It is stated that the next beta, which will be open to the public, will run between February 16th – 21st, However Ubisoft have not yet confirmed any details.
It also states that once again, Xbox One owners will get 24 hours access before anyone else. The current closed beta has also been extended until 11am tomorrow, 2nd February.
