Twisted Metal QA Lead, Justin Trease has confirmed that Twisted Metal will indeed include the infamous PSN pass against David Jaffe’s wishes.
Lead Designer & Co-Producer of Twisted Metal, David Jaffe has expressed his opinion of the PSN pass and said that he didn’t want the Eat Sleep Play developed game to have the pass included. He said the following on why he didn’t want it included with the game;
“I’d actually prefer that we don’t [include PSN Pass], even though it’s probably good business, only because we have such a mountain to climb in terms of gaining people’s good faith, especially in Europe, and really letting people know that this is a title that’s worth getting excited about.”

Twisted Metal is released exclusively on Playstation 3 in North America on February 14th and in Europe on February 17th.
