Ubisoft has revealed that Assassin’s Creed III will launch on October 30th, a month earlier than previous entries in the immensely popular series.
The information comes from an investor call that is taking place at the moment, so other details regarding the game are pretty much non-existent at the moment. However, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot did state the following:
“We will push the title a lot because it’s a fantastic product that the team has been working for three years. What we have seen is just fabulous.”
From previous information released by Ubisoft, we do know that Assassin’s Creed III will feature a brand new protagonist and setting. The ending of Assassin’s Creed Revelations and other sources suggest the game might take place in China or even during the American Revolution. We’re not sure about the latter, but a visit to China would certainly interest us.
