Ubisoft have today announced that anyone who has purchased the Assassin’s Creed Unity season pass will be given a free game, as they have announced plans to make the DLC for the game free.
Ubisoft Montreal’s CEO, Yannis Mallat, announced on the official blog for the game that this is primarily by way of an apology in response to the negative reaction to the game’s technical issues. The upcoming “Dead Kings” DLC will be free to all users, and sales of the season pass are suspended from this point on.
Anyone who has purchased the Season Pass can get Far Cry 4, The Crew, Watch Dogs, Assassin’s Creed Black Flag, Rayman Legends or Just Dance 2015. Details can be found in the link above on how to claim your free game.
