The UK Video Store has been updated and with fans asking why it wasn’t possible to buy films in HD, Sony has responded with 18 HD titles to own that have now been added to the library that already boasted HD rentals and also standard def rentals and purchase options on the films that were currently in the Video Store. The HD films that are yours to own if you so wish, are listed below –

- Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl
- Reign Of Fire
- Signs
- Surrogates

- The Proposal (2009)
- The Recruit
- The Rookie
- The Sixth Sense
This is great news for the fans that wanted this to happen and its a good sign that Sony will of course add more HD ‘to buy’ films regularly.
