Capcom has revealed how they plan to make use of the PlayStation Vita’s features for Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3.
Fighting game players usually stick to the button press controls, but with the PS Vita you will be able to use its touch screen to move by dragging your finger across the screen. You will also be able to jump by flicking and attack by tapping the screen. Assists, supers and hypers will all be activated by tapping on the bar or character icon.
The PS Vita’s local communication means it can be used to exchange gold versions of characters with other gamers. The Wi-Fi setting can be used to watch and participate in online matches.
